Welcome to Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Garden of Eden! Here fairies wear black, dresses are long and the bigger your headpiece is – the better.
Maria’s Dior couture debut is as magical as can be. Very beautiful, very romantic, very velvet collection.
See the full collection and feel the finesse of these marvelous manifestations of Fashion.
Although I’m still not used to watch Maria bow without Pierpaolo Piccoli, I’m admiring her individual work. And now, I can see who did what while they were working together at Valentino.
For this collection she created some strong pieces, long, black hooded dresses, and also some very soft, fragile and gentle gowns. She showed us Adam, the masculine, and Eve, the feminine side of her.
So would you take a bite from the apple and wear a snake around your neck as a necklace? I know I would.
